Food Allergy with Acute Flare (or possibly atopy)- Confirmed allergies to chicken and turkey proteins (according to O's observations)- Current flare may have been triggered by recent turkey kibble trial but has not resolved with resumption of Anallergenic kibble and beef wet food.- Possible environmental component (atopy) or scavenged food exposure (e.g chicken)- Prednisolone 5mg tablets prescribed - half tablet (0.5mg/kg) SID for 5 days, then quarter tablet SID for 5 days, then quarter tablet every second day for 1 week- Discontinue turkey kibble completely- Continue hypoallergenic and beef wet foods- Avoid meat protein treats except established safe proteins (salmon, beef)- Plant-based treats acceptable - Monitor response to treatment- If itching persists after prednisolone withdrawal whilst on safe foods, consider re-testing with Anallergenic only and/or atopy investigation- Future options for long-term management include referral for immunotherapy and/or Apoquel or Cytopoint if needed Vital Signs Weight: 5.0;
