-Health concerns: Itching again, licking paws a lot and scratching, started back up in the last couple of days
-EDDU: normal
-Vomiting or diarrhoea: none
-Sneezing or coughing: none
-Vaccination/worming/fleas: vaccinated today
-Current medications: none

Physical Examination
-Mentation: BAR
-Ears: Right ear looks red, left ear does not look red, no signs of infection on cytology
-Eyes/Nose: NAD
-Oral cavity: teeth look beautiful
-MM: pink
-CRT: <2s
-LNs: not enlarged
-Thoracic auscultation: no heart murmur or adventitious lung sounds noted
-HR: 120
-Abdominal palpation: NAD
-Skin: redness noted in axilla (slightly pinkish red), chin area is red, paws are red from licking, groin area appears red too

Assessment:
1) Healthy to vaccinate

2) Allergic dermatitis flare up
   -Ddx: environmental allergies causing secondary skin irritation

Plan:
1) Vaccinated today with Pi2 SC + oral BB.
   -Next vaccination due in a year's time

2) 20mg Cytopoint injection given for allergy management

3) Malaseb shampoo recommended for skin management
   -Use twice weekly (every 3-4 days) with 10 minute contact time on affected areas including armpits and belly. Do this for 2 weeks

4) Monitor ears and continue rinsing as needed
