Appointment Notes: been a bit off the past couple of days, struggled to pass poo, and today took her to the park and she sort of collapsed and starting panting heavilySMWas at the park today, normally very active, about 5-10 minutes after being there, stopped for a second as seemed puffed, seemed ok, but then her legs started collapsing beneath her and wobbling a lot. Not moving much at home and panting. Over the last week her energy levels have been low and not eating quite as well. Doesn't really drink that much, has been a little constipated over the last week as well, takes about 5 minutes to get it out, but looks normal. On low fat gastro food.Examination:Oral examination normal.Chest sounds all clear.Abdominal palpation normal and comfortable.Rectal performed -> solid stools in colon, both anal sacs medium in size.Not reactive with spinal palpation, but also reluctant to stand when pressure placed on lumbar spine.NAD on examination of the front and backlegs.Options1) Bloods to check for underlying issues2) Analgesia trial in case painful response.Has elected to monitor for now. Also no strenuous  exercise for the next 7-10 days.    Vital Signs    Weight: 9.4;       MMColour: Pink;       HeartRate: 144;       Temperature: 38.7;       BodyScore: 4;       CRT: 1-2;
