Reason: Ears InfectionHistory:  ears sore, had otitis last MarchExamination:  left ear mildly inflamed, slightly damp no debris. Right ear marginally inflamed. Cytology left yeast occasional. Right clear.Teeth calculi 1+ canines, discussed prevention. NAD otherwuise on exam. Assessment:  very mild left otitis externa, likely allergy as cause. Treatment:  dermotic 20ml 0.4ml bid x 10 days, to treat the right ear bid 3 days only to normalise inflammationPlan:  would normally recheck every 7 days but as so mild to hold off after finish drops.
