Itching began after the bath - going at her L elbow region and made it quite red - O clipped, applied neocort and cone. Settled. <br>Noticed 2d ago that was then going at her vulva quite badly - was raw, bleeding a bit and moist. Cone on, applying neocort BID. Is improving. <br>DUDE all ok otherwise<br>Super sensitive GIT and skin. Cannot use bones, dental chews, etc. <br>Lyka<br>O mentions in winter, if do not dry her feet off after a walk, next day will itch at her feet.<br><br><strong>EXAMINATION</strong>:<strong><br></strong>BAR, v excited girl<br>AUsc, abdo palp, lnn, e/e/n ok. <br>Mcuosa pink, moist, CRT<2. Mod to severe tartar accum with some gingivitis - needs dental. No obvious extractions, but cannot be certain. <br>Clipped area cranial L elbow - resolving papular rash, not active inflamed. <br>Vulva - some bruising, resolving mild excoriation, but no erythema or swelling. Rel dry aside from cream. No discharge. <br>Gen mild itchy. <br>Feet ok. <br><br><strong>DIAGNOSIS</strong>:<strong><br></strong>Atopic dermatitis - flare post bath in new shampoo<br> <br><br><strong>TREATMENT</strong>: <strong><br></strong>Cytopoint 20mg SC<br><br><strong>PLAN</strong>: <br>O will use oatmeal shampoo going forward for home bathing.<br>Discuss can consider dilute malaeb foot bath at end of walks daily and see if reduces sensitivity to moisture if would like - gen ok if on cytopoint. <br>O will contin cone use till cytopoint kicks in and contin managing vulvar dermatitis till clears.<br><br><strong>Reminders updated: </strong>yes</span></div> </div> </div></html>
