Discussed bloodwork to help rule out organ involvement, no single test for gastro. Advised screening blood tests for pancreatitis is available.O declined anti-nausea inj but happy to proceed with pain relief injection and bloodwork today.Nurses attempted to take blood but flinching & hissed. Advised O that if we're moving forward with venipuncture would need sedation. O wanted to try holding Jingle Snow. O attempted to hold for blood taking - was much better little flinch didn't puncture skin yet but then O declined any further attempts as concerned about stress.
