Reason: Golf Ball Sized Lump Near ScrotumAppointment Notes: RQHistory: O noticed a swelling near to his scrotum ont he weekend Still BAR, DUDENot bothering at it No trauma that O has noticed UTD F/T/W - Bravecto and wormer Examine: 3cm mass on RHS of prepuce, not interfering with penis extrusion, soft and subcutaneous, non painful, calculus ++ on canines, rest of teeth are ok, MM pink, moist, CRT<2sec, lung fields are clear, abdo palp NAD, no murmur or arrhtyhmia. FNA taken- oily clear substance on slides- fat, under microscope- lipid only seen Plan:Discussed surgical removal before it grows, O not keen atm. Advised ok to monitor if stays same size and not causing any issues however if it is growing then surgical exicision is indicatedDiscussed S and P Vital Signs
