Presented for recheck of the left eye (neurogenic KCS)Has reduced Pilocarpine to 4 drops BID (became nauseous with 5 drops BID)Applying Ocuflox every 4 hours to the left eye + Viscotears BID and Chlorsig SID at night Continued blepharospasm Not scratching/rubbing at the eyeXeromycteria left rostral nasal plane has improved Assessment:L eye:Moderate blepharospasm Cornea appears dry and lacklustreMild dorsal scleral congestion Nil corneal odema/chemosisPLR intact Diagnostic:STT:L eye: 0mmR eye: 25mm Treatment:- Commence Cyclosporin BID L eye- Continue Pilocarpine 4 drops BID PO- Continue antibiotics drops (switch to Chlorsig) TID (spacing 1 hour between Cyclosporin)- Can continue Viscotears BID (spacing between other ocular drops)Plan:- Advised can take significant amount of time before improvement- RV late next week for repeat fluorescein stain, sooner if eye deteriorating- STT in 2 weeks- Advised INI referral
