Reason: V+ Bloody Pimple right side of faceHistory Lilly was out on a walk yesterday and snuffled up some things from ground . Owner not sure what it was . She had a vomit this morning saliva with a bit of bile colour . She also has some bleeding spots on her chin. Has had a bladder stone removed at ref vet . History says 100 % struvite and is on urinary diet . ExaminationVery very excitable Heart rate 160/min Resp rate 40/min Pink mm crt 1 sec Abdo palp comfortable temp 38 nil on thermometer . Rectal not done too bouncy On the right side of chin/bottom lip area there is a nodule approx size of dried pea , firm and round . Ozzes blood from surface of it if squeezed also a couple of smaller nodules . Looks typical for pyogranulomatous reaction . Chin skin all looks a bit lumpy . Offered a piece of chicken Fna little lump . Inflammatory cells no bacteria seen . Suspect pyogranuloma Assesmment Vomiting maybe related to the possible dietary indiscretion . Or possibly just being a pug . Dog very keen to eat and very bright .Treatment Maropitant 1mg/kg sc and observe give bland diet for 1-2 days . (ciooked chicken and rice) a desertspoon per meal and 5 small meals a day Bathe chin with malaseb sid for 7 days . Gave a small amount .If lump on chin gets bigger or not resolving after 2 weeks have a recheck    Vital Signs    Weight: 7.2;
