History: limping on the RFL this morning, and has been licking the paw, ok soon as owner took the harness out. on apoquel as needed, worked well for him intermittent lameness with HLs for long time also shaking head, but male owner hasn't noticed anything Examine: BCS (9): 7 - Eyes/ears: both ears clean, mild erythma only in ear canal, TM visible intact - Teeth/mouth: muzzled - Chest: nad - Abdomen: nad - Urogenital:nad - Digestive:nad - Lymph nodes:nad - Skin: interdigital skin mild erythema - Locomotion: no lameness here but quite stressed - Nervous System: nad - Behaviour: anxious Assessment: atopic dermatitis RFL lameness - soft tissue/ sprain injury, overweight Plan: - metacam SID for few days and resting - adv on weight management, start on RC satiety
