HISTORY: Reason for consult: Final puppy vacc Current medications: Nil Vacc hx: due Parasite control: UTD EDUF-normally. No GI signs. All healed post cleft palate repair. Small rostral fistula but response has been excellent. Raven is a foster fail and has now been officially adopted by Monique. PEx: Demanour: BAR - such a lovely pup, calm, confident and comfortable in clinic BCS: 2.5/5 Integ: perfect, glossy black Oral: mm pink and moist, gums are pigmented and didn't push this given lots of recent oral exams/sx Lymph nodes: wnl Dental disease: 0 Ears: nad Eyes: nad Nose: nad CVS: HR wnl and rhythm wnl and no audible murmur Resp: Lung sounds clear, resp rate wnl Abdo: relaxed and comfortable MSK: wnl Temp=not taken Pain score: 0 Assessment: Fit for vacc Treatment and Plan: 1. C5 given whilst busy eating some kangaroo prime. Booster 12mths. 2. O' is keen to muzzle train to avoid P chewing on sticks/stones given fistula and they live on property. Given muzzle up project but if still struggling then message the clinic and I will give Steph's details from The Doggy Lady (IMDT) - I would consider muzzle training her speciality
