Under paw pads, moderately erythematous with a yeasty smell. No evidence of insect bites etc. NO obvious fractures palpated. Rest of FL NAD Assessment:LF carpal sprainTreatment:Previcox 57mg - 1 tab SID for 14 days Use medicated shampoo to clean under paw pads followed by cortovance Plan:INI after stopping anti-inflammatories, advised next step is to take xrays Vital Signs
