06/03/2026 BROUGHT IN BY: Caitlin HISTORY: No concerns at home, doing well Did see her droop her R ear slightly yesterday but otherwise no head shaking or scratching Generally seems much happier in herself PEx: Nervous girl but sweet ORAL: Pi MM CRT <2 HR: 120 no murmur RR: panting Ears: Pinnae slightly inflamed but cytology looks clear bilaterally. ASSESSMENT: Otitis externa - resolved Mild inflammation of the pinnae PLAN: Recc putting on course of pred for to reduce inflammation Recc starting Elocon weekly drops approx. 4wks after ear flush to ensure TM has healed.
