There re 2 areas of overlying skin necrosis a) centre of primary tumor - 10cm x 10cm area with area of necrotic skin within it.  B lower down less well defined area 30cm x 20cm - hairless, red skin, some pus.Rt ear mass 20% bigger than when last seen - also ulcerated4 other palpable hard lumps cutaneously - ventral abdomen and back legsAssessment: Expodential tumor growth with dermal necrosisO' discussion - Miles understands that will need to euthanaise Sabeth soon.    Probably end of weekHave recommended that we1.   Bandage primary tumor - protect from external trauma + reduce chances of secondary infection - replace q 48 hours2)   extend antibiotic coverage - add enrofloxacin in addition to clavulox3.
