Colonic changes have an inflammatory/infectious appearance. Consider symptomatic<br>and supportive medical management. An underlying food hypersensitivity cannot be<br>totally excluded. If there is clinical concern, consider trialling a<br>hypoallergenic/hypersensitivity diet. If warranted monitoring folate/cobalamin could<br>also be advantageous along with faecal analysis.<br>Comments.<br>1. There is no evidence of pyloric, linear or mechanical gastrointestinal obstruction,<br>intussusception, neoplasia or pancreatitis. There is also no evidence of peritoneal<br>effusion or lymphadenopathy.<br><br><br>Plan: <br>to start on amoxyclav 200mg 1 tab po bid 14 days <br>to start on metrobactin 250mg 1/2 tab po bid 14 days <br>Gastro RC food</p> </div></html>
