Assessment:Bladder wall thickened and irregular - unable to cysto was <2cm diameter - recommended urinalysis with bloods Possible flare up of pancreatitis - recommended bloods, urinalysis and abdo US with repeat echo.Plan:O would really appreciate if we can call with partial bloods tomorrow (mainly to compare renal parameters)And JB will call with pancreatitis level on Tuesday Vital Signs
