NOTES: Hx O was clipping the hair around the ears with scissors .and accidentally cut the skin. immediately she brought here. Px heart sound normal. teeth clean cut wound on the skin behind the right ear. Tr sedated with dom 0.25ml + meth 0.75ml induced with alfax 1ml ET tube 10.5 shaved and preped around the wound. closed the wound after debridement of edges. subcut- 2/0 absorbable skin 2/0 non absorbable. rough recovery - so gave another 0.3ml dom Iv and revrsed with atiapm 0.4ml IM
