Admitted: Lesion removal on leg Lumpectomy Pre GA bloods NAD Sedation: - 0.5mL Methadone IV - 0.05mL Medetomidine IV Induction: - 3mL Alfaxalone IV Intubated with size 6 cuffed ET tube. Cuff inflated. Lumpectomy: 1. Eliptical incision made around mass 2. Mass removed via blunt and sharp dissection 3. Vessels ligated with 3/0 PDS 4. Incision closed in 2 layers including subcutaneous layer with 2/0 PDS in simple continuous pattern, and skin layer with 2/0 Nylon in cruciate pattern Treatment: - 1.6ml depocillin SC post op - 1.6mL Tolfedine post-op - Cephalexin TGH - Carprofen TGH Recovery uneventful. Mass sent ofr histopathology
