check both ears please 
has always squinted at the sun and squints a lot 
inside most of the time 
check hernia L )side but not getting any bigger if needing fixed O has okayed to do this 
check back joints 

hernia inguinal left side - quite large papable from internally - opened in groin and closed with PDS- was difficult but went well 
rouiten desex 

ears clear 

medial luxating patella on  right side, left felt ok 

3rd vacc

wet food and dry biscuits and loves dry treats 
eddu normall at home 
utd with worming preventatives gives at home 
no v/d/c/s 
only concern mentioned by o was that she occasionally will drag her bum on the ground 

HR wnl no murmur noted 
RR wnl no crackles or wheezes 
Abdo palp left inguinal hernia reducible
MM moist pink and CRT <2s
Mild malalignment of jaw, Grade 0 dental dz, no palatal issues 
MSK normal no lameness noted 
Ears and Eyes normal no discharge noted 
Temperature not taken 
BAR no neurological deficits

2nd vac

Had D+ last week but has reolved.  EDDU ok. STill has soft BM on the chicken
