Heart: HR 120bpm, regular, no murmur, pulses wnl

Abdominal examination: NAD
Skin and coat: Small area mildly thickened skin dorsal muzzle rostrally, fur looks normal

Assessment:
Lesion on nose could be from irritation, she could be rubbing it. Monitor, recheck if gets bigger, loses fur, or bothering her. 
Anal gland abscess R gland. Suspect diarrhoea contributing cause
Plan: 
125mg clav BID 10 days
0.1mg/kg meloxicam 8kg dog PO SID 5 days
Recc 1/4tsp psyllium (metamucil) BID to help with stool consistency
Recheck 10 days
