Hx: Presenting problem: health check, check lesion on nose, thinks getting bigger. Also licks bottom a lot Eating: Normally- will only eat kangaroo Drinking: Normally Urinating: Normally Defecating: mild diarrhoea No V+, coughing, or sneezing UTD vaccines, SR12, BQ and intestinal worming Any current medication? None Any other concerns None PE: Mentation: BAR Eyes: NAD Ears: NAD Nose: NAD Mouth: ds 0-1/4, MM pink, CRT <2 Heart: HR 120bpm, regular, no murmur, pulses wnl Lungs: NAD Abdominal examination: NAD Skin and coat: Small area mildly thickened skin dorsal muzzle rostrally, fur looks normal LN: NAD Temp: Not taken BCS 6 /9 MCS A /D Weight: 8.2kg EAG L +brown dc R ++ green dc Assessment: Lesion on nose could be from irritation, she could be rubbing it. Monitor, recheck if gets bigger, loses fur, or bothering her. Anal gland abscess R gland. Suspect diarrhoea contributing cause Plan: 125mg clav BID 10 days 0.1mg/kg meloxicam 8kg dog PO SID 5 days Recc 1/4tsp psyllium (metamucil) BID to help with stool consistency Recheck 10 days
