06/03/2026 H: Lameness last 5 days Started in garden - yelped and lame RF - seemed to settle but the after playing with other dogs sore again No known trauma No previous lameness issues EDUF normally Current meds: none E: Temperament: BAR Ambulating Lame grade 1/4 RF BCS: ideal Muscling equal MM pink, CRT 1s Dental: adult dentition coming through Small fragment of deciduous root(??) upper R PM1 area - removed Cardiovascular: HR: 118 = PR, no murmur Resenting full elbow extension and some reaction on supination No effusion Nil crepitus Assessment: suspected RIGHT elbow pain - possible ST injury Plan: Start NSAIDs, strict rest Given trazadone to help keep rested as energetic puppy Lead walks ok INI Rads
