diet: hypoallergenic kibbles + some other food form 
- was on it for some GI issue but resolved and since then P only takes 
had 2x back spinal sx with Murdoch

Gastrointestinal: No masses or abnormalities noted on palpation
Integumentary: No significant abnormalities noted during routine physical examination
Musculoskeletal: No evidence of lameness, full MSK exam not performed

History:
- O advised has started scooting and licking his bottom again
- AGs were expressed only 2 weeks ago and was wormed then
- O also mentioned has been licking paws as well sometimes
- Currently on RC Hypoallergenic diet with some other food from coles and pet shop
     
Assessment:
- Taken to tx room with OA holding while YF checked the AGs
- Both AGs are small and soft with the right one slightly bigger than the left

Treatment:
- nil

Client Communication:
- Relayed the finding to O and advised that AGs may not be the issue
- Advised O that P could potentially have skin issues or food allergies
- Advised O they can try to cut out all other food and just keep P on Hypoallergenic and see if it helps
- Advised O if no improvements, might be better to come back for a vet assessment
