06/03/2026 REASON- grape ingestion HISTORY- BAR, eddu normal, no vcds. Just fed 3 grapes by a friend, brought straight down for induce emesis No other health concerns, has skin allergies is on special diet NO CHICKEN EXAM- Demeanour: BAR BCS 3/5 HR: 128bpm RR: pant T: not performed CRT: 1sec MM: pink & moist CHEST: NAD EYES: NAD EARS: NAD NOSE: NAD ORAL EXAM: NAD ASSESSMENT: fit for emesis Tx: Offerred some hypo wet food to fill stomach 1 tab apomorphine PO on gums to induce vomiting @ 3:22, V+ by 3:29pm brought up 6 chewed red grapes + wet food + some breakfast. once stopped given prevomax 1mg/kg (3.1ml) SC PLAN: Monitor overnight, small meal tonight, may V+ in the next hour until prevomax kicks in. No rechecks req.

Jodie called, Said that a friend dog at the park has got KC and now Ollie is showing signs. Not super bad cough yet but knows this is from doggy friend. O to monitor and if gets worse or gunky discharge then to come in. O happy with this. Will keep him quarantined and isolated from other dogs until resolved x

O called and said that Ollie has pulled his bandage off this afternoon. Wound looks good and was taking him for a wee walk when called. Said for O to monitor over the next few days and not worth a new bandage for less than 24hr. IF thinks getting worse or opening up over the rest of the week, to let us know and maybe worth a bandage then. Otherwise going well and keep up with meds
