Emily sprayed a Tea Tree mixture (animal safe on label) over her lounge and around the house.Billy smelt like Tea Tree later in the evening. Emily has huge anxiety issues and went into overdrive above Billy being poisoned and started googling.Billy ended up being shaved all over with a little bit off the tail. Emily now upset that she read clipping the tail affects her balance. Also worried about Billy breathing up a bit.On presentation, Billy has normal coloured gums, tongue and throat. No abnormal breathing today but is a cat flu kitty and may have been a bit stressed at the time from the grooming. Has actually done a good job of shaving although totally unnecessary. Trimmed up hind quarters a little bit and crutch area. Tail has a couple of chunks out of it but nothing major. Assured Emily Billy is in no danger from loss of balance as an inside only cat. Now worried about sunburn when taken out on a lead. Nice layer of white velvet left on skin so won't get burnt. Emily admits she is over the top with anxiety where Billy is concerned.
