Mouth: adult dentition: nil discharge noted
Cardiovascular: nil murmur or arrhythmia, femoral pulses normokinetic and synchronous to HR
Respiratory: normal bronchovesicular sounds across all quadrants, no adventitious sounds in any region, eupneic effort
Gastrointestinal:Comfortable on abdominal palpation. No masses or fluid wave palpated.
Integument: no obvious dermatopathy
Musculoskeletal: ambulatory x4, gait subjectively normal, full MSK not performed
Urogenital: No abnormalities noted upon examination of external genitalia.
Neurological: delayed placing reflexes
