v&d ongoing a few days still bright, still eating, o offering a bland diet and keeping hydrated. no longer vomitting but has mucousy haem D+ o may cancel apt if improves or bring apt forward if deteriorates O reports has become a bit of a thief, has taken cabbage from compost bin, not sure he ate any, just shredded it but was over a week ago. Vomited Weds (mostly grass), didn't eat Weds night. Passed diarrhoea ++ Straining, small amounts, consistent with colitis - mucous and some blood. Hasn't had normal faeces, has had diarrhoea just prior to appointment, no blood today. Didn't eat dinner last night, but ate it this morning, kiddle + some rice. Bright in consult. NAD on abdo palpation, discuss symptomatic tx and review as needed. Also has been licking feet - saliva staining only, has malaseb, possibly tradescantia exposure, review as needed.
