06/03/2026 Presented for ear recheck HISTORY: Douglas well EDDU normal Scratching ear again last night but hadn't for a few days O seems to think Zenrelia is working but hates tableting Douglas But generally doing better, not chewing feet, not scratching as much. eddu all normal PHYSICAL EXAM: Attitude: BAR BCS: 3/5 Heart/lungs: nad MM: pink and moist Skin Tent: normal Dental Score: 1-2 Abdomen: nad Skin: no areas of irritation, scabbing/inflammation. Eyes:nad Ears: clear, not discharge Temp: nt taken Lymph Nodes:nad MSK/Neuro:nad Rectal: not performed DIAGNOSTICS: Cytology - Left Ear: clear NAD Right Ear: clear NAD ASSESSMENT: Going well on Zenrelia, but also did ok on cytpoint and hca combo, until just this episode. PLAN: will continue with zenrelia, then trial off for a few days and see if still needs to continue. Restart HCA in both ears. Will have prescription for zenrelia on file, or cytopoint if o chooses. Going to book in for dental, will need pvp and will organise when books.
