06/03/2026 History: o has noted stiffness recently mostly with back legs previously in for LF lamenses which resolved with nsaids o just wondering if there are other options, should he take long term nsaids? eduf normal still goes to park regularly, swims in pool no particular leg causing lameness Objective:BAR timid but fine for check over T: ne Lungs: Clear Cardiac: HR: 92 regular Murmur: None MM:Pink CRT: 2 sec Eyes: NAD Ears: NAD LN's: NAD Skin: small dermal wart top of head, numerous soft s/c masses - palpate as lipomas Abdo: NAD comfortable no masses noted MS: walking well in consult, a little slow to rise from sitting mild crepitus bilaterally in stifles and reduce ROM on hip extension FL's okay good rom no pain or boney swellings noted Urogen: NAD BCS: 6/9 Dental: 0-1 great for age Assessment: djd/oa Treatment:zydax 1.4ml s/c Plan:zydax #2 in 7 days prn nsaids if sore reduce caloric intake

H: gogin well, bar,e duf all ok. no vom/diarrhoea. but has been lame on l.fore last week or so. no knwon truma. S: BAr, stressed on exam. O: T 38.2, hr 90, mms pink, vcrt 1-2 sec,s pusle sok. lungs clear. eyes nad ears nad lns and skin nad abdo nad ms: grade 2 lame l.fore? feels like some thicknening aorund elbow. very tense on exam in general. A: poss arthritis/flare? fcp? shulder? cannot rule out osteosarc. p; commence rest.metacam. if fialing to settle, then next step x-rays. if goign well, consider ongogin zydax etc.
