O requesting to speak with SW specifically regarding Valentina's coughing (noticed this for a few months), reports otherwise DUDE and BAR, no other concerns.
Expl that if concerned could come in for in-person appt, offered one for this afternoon but O declined as would struggle to get in.
O says they would rather discuss the issue with SW before booking an appt.
O advised to contact us sooner if Valentina deteriorates or O becomes more concerned 

O called wanting to chat. Valentina went for a walk last night (Sunday 7th Dec) and when she got home she collapsed. Was responsive but breathing very heavily. Had a sneezing fit. Lasted about 10 mins and then was fine. Is fine today, eating and drinking as normal. Just wanted to run it by you. - ES 

SW called back 
sounds like allergic collapse episode, had swollen face and tongue and was pale 
Anne used to be emergency nurse 
slowly recovered and says back to normal now 
would like emergency medicine on hand incase, looked up if giving adrenaline for anaphylaxis would be 120mcg for Valentina 
chemist have 150 mcg for baby's epipen, dont need script need to talk to pharmacist - will email to pharmacist 
explain also side effects so only give if concerned Valentina going to die and straight to emergency
