06/03/2026 Reason : lame and wounds Date of first CSx : last night Hx : noticed yesterday afternoon he came in lame on RHL (saw on camera that he ran through the cat door like he'd had a fright), also has scruffed dew claws and some wounds on feet. Still eating, not sure re toileting Quieter than normal. Has outdoor access and sometimes visits the reserve behind them. Neighbours didn't hear any scuffles. Ex : Systems: 1. Eyes:NAD 2. Ears:NAD 3. Mouth:NAD 4. Heart:NAD 5. Respiratory/Nasal:NAD 6: Abdomen:NAD 7. Musculoskeletal: reluctant for exam RH foot but otherwise ok, no lameness in clinic. 8. Neuro:NAD 9. Urogenital:NAD 10. Rectal/Anal glands: not examined 11. Skin: RH puncture side of foot. Scuffed torn nails front dew claws but rest of nails ok. 12. BT: not taken 13: Behaviour issues:no 14: Lymph nodes:NAD 15: Dental Score: 1/4 16: Body Condition Score: 3/5 17. Pain Score : 1-2/4 Colorado score 18. FAS Score : 1/5 19.Hydration status : WNL 20. Other findings: n/a Current Medications and Doses: apoquel BID Problem List : 1. puncture RH 2. scuffed dew claws Assessment : suspect cat fight Plan : meloxicam, bathing with saline solution and monitor. If lameness, swelling or discharge then need to add abx.
