Swelling has small penetrating wound in the middleAssessment: Penetrating injury right metacarpals, presumably from a branch/stick. May or may not have FB insidePlan: Infiltrated above/around swelling with lignocaine injection (very brave for this), made penetrating wound slightly bigger with scalpel and explored swelling with clean alligator forceps.
