TAHMU PLAN:TreatmentPlanPrednisolone 5 mg - Give 3.5 tablets (~2 mg/kg) by mouth once daily until otherwise advised by a veterinarian. May cause increased thirst, urination and appetite. Do not stop this medication suddenly.Paracetamol 100 mg/ml - 0.85 ml can be given 2-3 times a day as needed for pain relief.Coco will be discharged back to the care of her primary care veterinarian in Dunsborough for ongoing management of her SRMA. Her next visit with them should be in 2 weeks' time and the following should be performed:- Clinical reassessment- CRP concentration- Weight+/- therapy adjustment - if there is remission of her SRMA (i.e. no neck pain, pyrexia and normalisation of CRP concentrations), her prednisolone dosage can be reduced by 20-25% (on a mg/kg basis).Going forward, Coco's should be assessed by her regular veterinarian every 2-3 weeks for evidence of neck pain or pyrexia, and a weight check. Her prednisolone dosage can be reduced by 25-30% every 2-3 weeks as long as she stays in remission    Vital Signs
