Sedation with 0.6ml medetomidine and 0.3ml butorphanol IM at 8.40am

PROCEDURE:
Abdominal ultrasound perfomred by Dr Jared. Urinary tract all within normal limits. No mass in the bladder, no evidence of urolithiasis. Ureters in normal anatomical position. No abnormal findings on remainder of abdomen.

Assessment:
No structural abnormalitites detected on ultrasound

Plan:
1. Option from here to look into propalin trial  (would require0.9ml PO bid)  Have written a script for owners to buy online.
2. Recommend recheck in 4 weeks unless cause for concern in the meantime. 

Client communication: KP ST Emma and dicussed findings, happy to go aheaed with a treatment trial. COnfirmed discharge for 1pm.
