Assessment: No structural abnormalitites detected on ultrasound Plan: 1. Option from here to look into propalin trial (would require0.9ml PO bid) Have written a script for owners to buy online. 2. Recommend recheck in 4 weeks unless cause for concern in the meantime. Client communication: KP ST Emma and dicussed findings, happy to go aheaed with a treatment trial. COnfirmed discharge for 1pm.

Urine sample dropped off Collected 6am, kept in fridge USG 1.034 Adequate concentration. Spoke to O' over phone at 1:45pm - O' keen to proceed with US - would just like to talk to insurance company first.
