Moderate swelling over this regionFractures lower R canine. L hind laceration sutured. Plan:  placed bandage. Home with pain reliefRassess in am or to SASH or ARH afterhours for any progressing issues. Dioscussed risk of neurologcial injuries that arent yet apparent. POssibiliy may require sx on the carpus.
