History:presenting for sore vulva and licking vulva and lethargicnot eating as much and not energeticno meds on boardno known history of trauma but does run around the back yardPast Medical History:- Social History: Lives with owner who provides regular care including grooming (hair cutting), planned spaying in March 2026- Medications: Given travel medication (half dose) which has improved calmness in carPhysical Examination:TPR wnlskin on vulva - see photo is purple and bruised with a spot of blood. sore to touch for dogInvestigations:- tape prep very occasional cellular debris occasional cocci, no yeastImpression:trauma/ brusining to tip of vulvaManagement Plan:- Recommendations and counselling: Monitor for vomiting or diarrhoea with medications, contact clinic if adverse effects occur- Treatment planned: Meloxicam liquid once daily for 3-5 days (6kg dose), Cephalexin three quarters tablet twice daily with food for antibiotic course 25mg/kg po bd- Other actions or referrals: Continue warm baths and gentle care, consider cone if licking persists and prevents healingmonitor healing of skin review INI
