Came in for coughing with Sox but he had an episode of sneezing +++ last night and then coughed up something, then has not done it since.SUspect may have had some sort of FB which he dislodged, given it has not returned.Did not charge for a consult today and will monitor. Owners going to Fiji tmw for a week and just wanted to be sure he seemed fine. 

Chomp has had some farly chronic dripping of anal gland material from the back end. Does not appear to be painful, no scooting, but will be regularly cleaning himself up. other dogs lick and smell him a fair bit too.Never had an anal gland infection.Is a really anxious dog normally - gets severe separation anxiety when away from owner. When she goes away for a few days he will really stress.They are aware of this.Anal glands - both chick pea sized, easily expressed, no masses, pain, blockages, blood pus etc. No soft tissue swelling present.Nothing appears physically wrong or conformationally abnormal.if dripping conitnues could consider anal gland removal.If stress related which owner is thinking is possible could consider an anxiolytic. Will start with zylkene - trial a medium dog sized one first, if this does not work then could consider trialling daily fluoxetine if owners are willing.
