L flank region fatty feeling mass. Sebaceous adenoma liek grwoth on the dorsum. Medial to L ear cyst feeling growth. dental - small amount of tartar Integument - Temp - Cytology taken from the left inguinal mass - fat cells Vulva lesion shows keratin debris on cytology - grossly thick white material was aspirated Assessment: Likely lipoma in inguinal region L side Suspected cyst on vulva Plan: Collect blood to monitor red cell trend Monitor lumps only
