Appointment Notes: Limping, missing nail on front paw O was working from home today, noticed Beanie limping + licking R fore foot, nail missing from lateral toe.Not sure how it happened, have not found the avulsed nail.R fore P5 nail absent.Fur on foot is wet with saliva.No blood on foot, nail bed is clean.Mild erythema toe + ID space + ventral webbing.Several sharp yelps while examining foot.No skin wounds - pre-existing ID dermatitis.Both forefeet erythema ventral webbing, light coloured soft slimy material + dried pieces in fur ventral webbing.Clipped R fore around toe where nail avulsed.Ongoing skin issues, o giving Malaseb foot baths tiw.Due for full body Malaseb bath in 2d.Skin improved with recent AB course.Still on Apoquel.Rx Previcox + CephalexinO to monitor - if xs licking while healing will need Ecollar.Bandage less preferable option d/t ID dermatitis.
