Appointment Notes: Still sore O called back, OK to see JR at 12:30pm KEHistory: Felt much better on NSAIDs - the first day he ran down the hall which hadn't done for 3 days. WOuld do 10 min walk (usual is 30-40min). Now down to a few mons before sitting and not wanting to move at all No v/d+ on the meds Had runny F the 3 days after finishing - lighter mustard colour - semi formed to liquid This AM sitting with RH sticking out to the side Demeanour - not walking down stairs easily. Still jumping on the couch but not walking down internal stairs and usu would follow Nadia everywhere Half fell off seat jumping into car a few days before last visit - so could have been trauma - and has done this seat fall to footwell before and was ok     Vital Signs    Weight: 10.2;
