Idexx full report attached BWOral extramedullary plasmacytomaHistologic margins not clearTypically this type of tumour is usually benign however there is a slight concern due to the slightly higher than normal mitotic activity and invasive behaviour described clinically. If bony invasion or if lymph nodes enlarged this warrants further investigation. Alfaxan 0.6mls iv Intubated 10.5 ET, Iso/O2 maintenance. Dental radiograph taken - mass is occupying space between 203 and 204, root of 203 is very narrow. Tissue extends to base of root and has normal appearance of bone caudal to this. Sharp incision to remove mass - bled a lot. Bleeding increased with cautery and any attempt to apply digital pressure. Left alone and bleeding reduced. Onsior Inj Atipamezole 0.1mls IM Recovery good, calm Lump preserved in formalin for histopath.    Vital Signs    Weight: 29;
