Eating drinking well, has had accidents inside and small puddles of wee. 
Ytd had a couple of puddles indoors.

Meds: vetmedin and trilostane, O discontinued 4cyte and giving rosehip instead

Free catch urine taken on walk in backyard

- EDDU normally, no V/D
- BAR on examination, nervous dog 

Objective:
T , PR , RR , MM pink, CRT <2s
Body condition:
Thoracic auscultation: No murmur or arrythmia, respiratory rate and effort WNLs, no adventitial sounds.
Abdominal palpation: Soft and non-painful, no distension or fluid wave
Eyes: Clear, no discharge. Pupils even with normal PLRs and menace.
Ears: Clean with no discharge or erythema.
Mouth: Grade 2 calculus, grade 3 gingivitis
Integument: sparse dull haircoat with mild alopecia to tail, multiple soft tissue masses palpable
Musculoskeletal: Ambulatory mil LFL g1 lameness and generalized stiff gait 
Neurological: BAR, cranial nerves WNLs
Rectal exam: Not performed

Assessment:
Polyuria 
Inappropriate urination 

Differential diagnoses:
UTI vs Cushings PUPD

Plan:
UA in clinic as microscope not focusing at 100x obj
