Just wondering if Janelle was able to get script for Charlie for keppra meds. She said to give her 2 weeks. I will ring them this week again to make an appointment. No one has come back to me to make a follow up time with Sash.

Hi Lidia,
I have spoken with SASH today and they haven't seen Charlie for 8 months so they can't dispense more Keppra. SASH and Dr Bronwyn have suggested it is best to make a recheck appt with SASH to get some more Keppra. Once SASH send us an updated history we can then dispense them for you for a 6 month period.

Received a call from Ami at SASH.  She looks after Alley Seitz
She is wondering whether we could take over prescriving Keppra to Charlie
As we saw Charlie less than a month ago for an annual checkup and vaccination I said we would be happy to continue prescribing his meds

Tried to call Lidia but went to VM

Sent the following text:
Hi Lidia
I have just been on the phone to Ami from SASH.  I am more than happy to supply you with leviteracetam (Keppra) tablets.  If you prefer I am also happy to write a script.  
I will have the tablets in stock tomorrow afternoon.

I'm not sure if you got the text from Dr Greg last night. Apparently we got a call from SASH saying it's ok so I'm just checking that you would like us to order a box of Keppra or if you would prefer a written prescription.

Hi Greg. Yes please organize a script. I'll ring sash to make a follow spot but probably won't be until NXT month. Not sure why Dr Lucy did not request a follow up. I can pick up script on Friday

Hi Lisa,
I didn’t realise I got the phn call from Greg as I was taking out the rubbish and I had put my phone on silent. Otherwise I hear client messages all night.
I sent a txt back that I can pick up the prescription Friday.
I will make a time for follow up with Dr Lucy whenever I can get in to see her. She is super busy and doesn’t reply to emails nor to the staff. Better to have script as I don’t want Charlie to run out of meds.

Sorry, but just to clarify, you do not actually want the medication, you want a written script. Is this correct?

Yes a written script is good. If you can order a box as well of Keppra is even better. He has a box left of meds. I will ring on Friday when I have time to sort out appointments to organise a follow up with Dr Lucy. I don’t know when she is free as she has not been available last month. So at least I can have an extra box and script. I buy usually his meds at local chemist.
