Presenting Complaint:
Post-operative recheck for cystotomy last week.

Hx:
- Intradermal sutures, no removal required.
- Owner reports bright and happy.
- Eating, drinking, urinating and defecating normally.

PEx:
Temperament: Bright, happy
MM: pink and moist, CRT: 1-2 sec
Abdominal Palpation: NAD
Skin/Coat: Suture line looks fantastic. No pain, no redness, no swelling.

Laboratory results:
- Awaiting stone constituents results.

Assessment:
- Post-operative cystotomy check.
- Excellent recovery.
- Suture line healing well.
- No signs of infection or complications.

Plan:
- Advised owner to bring in a urine sample at the end of the antibiotic course to check for ongoing infection.
- Will contact owner with stone analysis results when available.
- No further visits required unless issues arise.
- Continue ongoing management of other health conditions as normal.
