Temp 37.9 . Assessment - No GIT signs now. Bloods taken to assess renal funct. Plan - Call with results later today. DIscussion on diet - grated veggies, less dry food, discussed RC satiety. ---------------Creat 121 (range is 27-124). Compared to last bloods taken 2wks ago (dfferent lab but mid range that time), could be a slight increase. Hard to rush into anything because he is so well, and technically not actually elevated. Try getting first morning USG - if well concentrated, not too concerned. If isosthenuric, may need to consider more. Vital Signs
