No lumps<br><br>P: recc gut microbiome test alongside normal bloods<br><br>Subjective:<br>- Skin lesion on left chest area, resolved after topical silver spray application over 3-4 days<br>- Occasional paw licking, mild severity<br>- No significant impact on daily activities reported<br>- No associated systemic symptoms reported<br><br>Past Medical History:<br>- Allergy immunotherapy: first treatment July 2024, second treatment November 2024<br>- No allergy treatments for past 2 years<br>- Current diet unchanged, same food and supplements<br>- Extensive supplement regimen including: AFAs (3x weekly), PA (weather-dependent), Kinisoo supragreen (3x daily for detox, 5x monthly), liver detox from naturopath (couple days weekly), mushroom elixir (2-3x weekly), collagen supplements, MyoS joint supplement, NHL XL membrane supplement from Canada, gut restore and protect, SB for travel, MCT oil (twice monthly)<br>- Topical treatment with Clotosil silver spray for skin flares<br><br>Objective:<br>- Dental examination: excellent condition for 6-year-old Bichon<br>- Respiratory: clear lung sounds<br>- Musculoskeletal: well-muscled, no limping, joints normal<br>- Dermatological: minimal saliva staining on paws, no active skin lesions, no palpable lumps<br>- Ophthalmological: ears appear normal<br><br>Assessment:<br>- Allergic dermatitis, well-controlled on current management<br>- No evidence of underlying systemic disease<br><br>Plan:<br>- Consider microbiome testing<br>- Omega-3 index testing in 6 months<br>- Vitamin D testing when available in Australia<br>- Continue current supplement regimen<br>- Monitor for age-related changes including warts in Bichon breed<br>- Frankincense essential oil recommended for any future lumps</p> </div></html>
