V+ today several times, ate kibble this morn. V+ since then
O still taking ot the park - had bloody D+ there and tenesmus
was at a house today where they previously had a dog with clostridia?

Rectal exam - empty - triggered very watery haemorrhagic D+
Integumentary:NAD
Musculoskeletal:NAD
Urogenital:NAD
Neurological:NAD

Assessment:haemorrhagic D+ and V+
Recent FB ingestion
DDX: FB - seems less likely given the level of D+ seen tonight but not impossible
other causes - Parvovirus given still young and has not had 15 months vacc
HGE, other infectious or addison's

LAB: parvo and Coronavirus faecal antigen in house NEGATIVE
Comprehensive bloods: CBC unremarkable
Lytes normal
Stress hyperglycaemia
low globs

Phos in creased due to growth of bones

Gave options of emergency tongiht for fluids +/- imaging , can't r/o FB though looks more like HGE today
O wants conservative tonight and CU in morn
Maropitant SC 
Prokolin 5mL Bid 
bland small test feeds
CU tomorrow 9am
Can go to emergency if needed tonight
