ears and eyes
History: 
started having green discharge 2 days ago and shaking head/smelly discharge
once a year around this time happens - tricin cleared up last year

Examination: O mentioned less restraining is better
HR:120, panting
Temp: ne
mm: muzzled
Eyes/Ears:not able to check eyes very well, green discharge present in both eyes, not able to apply stain to eyes, seems to be ectoropion
not able to check ears, O managed to get sample from both ears
cytology R malassezia ++, L malassezia +
Teeth:not examined
Abdomen:n
Musculoskeletal:n
Other: 
nervous and pacing
assessment:
bilateral conjunctivitis possibly due to allergy?
bilateral otitis - malassezia
Treatment:
tricin bid to both eyes
osurnia applied by O in consult, repeat in one week at home
Plan: 
discussed eyes at prospect
RV 2 weeks for eyes and ears unless O has concern//getting worse, discussed gabapentin before vet visit, may need sedation to check ears and eyes if not improving

Red eyes + greenish discharge
Has vomited bright orange fluid - @ around 4 pm. No further vomiting. 
Flat. 
No diarrhoea. 
Has eaten as normal. Has not  been fed anything different or unusual.

Azzo is doing well with oral meds and eye drop but started having watery diarrhoea for 3 days

Examination: 
HR:120
Temp: ne
mm: pink
Eyes/Ears:not able to check but minimal ear discharge, occasional cocci in R ear 
clear ocular discharge only now but still present, mild entropion at both lower eyelids, no obvious odd eyelash seen
Teeth:n
Abdomen:n
Musculoskeletal:n
Other: tried to do rectal but not able to, R anal gland felt full but not able to express

Diagnosis: 
otitis - improving
entropion at both lower eyelid
diarrhoea
Plan: 
continue dermotic for one more week and regular ear clean
discussed check eyes under sedation (check anal gland same time)
prokolin 7ml bid (O can pick up another one), bland diet, RV if any concern
