03/03/2026 Here for revisit and check ears Has been somewhat confined over the past 3 weeks following recent cruciate dx. still chases balls at times explained options with surgery vs medical management moving forward (costs, aftercare and OA) still on apoquel - has stopped for the last few days. noticed itching again on paws and scratching ears BAR DUDE BCS 5/9 Hr 120 with no murmur or arrhythmia appreciated chest sounds clear MSK: lame on the left hind limb. skips around the room eyes and nose clean ears: mild amount of dark discharge ear smear cytology: Left: NAD Right: yeast +++. cocci + assessment: right sided otitis externa LH curciate injury Plan: continue with previcox for the next week (until finished) - can get more for another week if needed able to get apoquel as needed for the next 6 months dermotic in the right ear BID for 10 days revisit after 14 days sent email with OA handout
