Start Pentosan course Hx: Has had stifle Sx. as a young dog (O reports PCL Sx!). Suspected OA change esp. in that limb - esp. after exercise. Had a Pentosan course last year - O reports good effect. Also on daily Antinol. Uses an NSAID sparingly when he has a flare. LHL stifle thickened, creaky.
