Reason: VaccinationAppointment Notes: Overdue remindersHistory: - In for vaccinations today- R jaw, 10 cent size lump externally around jaw line - first noticed a week ago - has not change in size- Hx of HOD - might just get sore after running round all day- When does get sore, more of the hindlimbs- EDDU okay, no V+, no D+ - occassional sloppy poo if eats grass- no sneezing- Sometimes eats grass- normal diet: blackhawk kibble, cooked chicken breast, rice- UTD with parasite prevention - on NGS last given 2 wks- Not currently on any meds, or joint supplements- O has a baby, dog has become more weary of other peopleExamination:Anxious FAS 2/5, likes treats (was unwilling to eat out of hand at first then warmed up slowly)  BARCVS: MM pink + moist, CRT <2sec, HR:    , no heart murmurs, no arrhytmiasRESP: Clear lung sounds bilaterallyEyes, ears, nose: Clear, no dischargeAbdo palp: PLN: No peripheral lymphadenopathy appreciatedMSK: x4 ambulatory, tense musclesNeuro: Appropriate mentation, no overt cranial deficits, normal gaitOral: Minimal tartar, no gingivitis, 1 and a half cm mass, slighly mobile - right lateral aspect of right mandibleLaboratory: Assessment: Right mandible mass - Abscess vs LN vs FB vs neoplastic Treatment: Consent has been given by the client to proceed with this treatment  -  Yes/No Plan:Communicated that NGS doesn't cover tapeworm, if otherwise do not eat raw meat.
